I have been seeing Dr.Katz for quite some years now he thoroughly explains your diagnosis to you and his treatment for my chronic sinuses has helped me tremendously, he has a great since of humor he is an excellent doctor he has great nurses as well, that's why i have recommended my family to him he gets 👍👍👍
This place is disgustingly unprofessional. The nurses sit up front feet propped on the desk, cursing and walking through the place eating. You don't know if you are at a circus or a doctor's office with all the ignorant laughing going on. Depending on the time you go they may have attitudes. The only good staff are in back, the man who does the hearing test, the Np, the lady who does injections. Other than that throw the rest away.
I don't know who would ever say the staff is so rude and loud. There is ALWAYS beautiful energy through the whole Flossmoor office. They are so amazing from rooming patients to getting patients out quickly and efficiently. I never receive an attitude from any one of the medical assistants. They are very delightful and make my visits so lovely. Super quick with prescriptions. Super informative. I just love nurse practitioner Jessica. Lovely place to be treated for ears, nose and throat.
