Unfortunate experience with Specialist Eye Surgeons SA, Helen was very unhelpful on the phone and refused to give me an appointment without sighting my referral even though I had a copy in my hand. Additionally, the GP was sending it through. Would have been lovely to at least discuss possible dates and times.
Excellent specialist doctors both Dr Arthur Karagiannis who operated on my mums cataracts with great results and also very grateful to Dr Neena Peter who expertly advised on my husbands eye trauma condition. Wonderful admin team too, thanks for your all your genuine care.
