An incredible doctor, made me feel heard when others doctors have disregarded my feelings. The patient care was great as well. Very professional and I would not hesitate to go back again. Thank you Dr Kaffes.
The administration team at the office of Dr Kaffas at the RPAH Medical Centre is so disappointing. I called 10 times over the last week and could not get through. Left numerous messages with no response and sent a few email enquiries asking them to call to no avail. I was specifically recommended to Dr Kaffas but unfortunately the admin/reception team clearly are incompetent. I have called and booked elsewhere today with one phone call - but wasted a week of my time trying to get through.
Prior to my first visit, I took the opportunity to peruse some of the reviews posted by other patients. I am pleased to say that, generally speaking, I can certainly confirm the majority of comments and happily add my own endorsement. Negligent, careless and inconsiderate. I had an appointment booked with Dr Kaffes. The text confirmation simply stated Prince of Wales hospital. I spent 10 mins walking through the hospital to find him. Upon arriving I was told he had already left! There was no phone call or notification from his team. I’m fairly certain I passed him as I walked into the reception and he made no effort at all to return even though a phone call was placed to him. He showed a complete lack of care. A real kind caring and decent specialist so down to earth. Felt very secure in his hands. My procedure was done at Royal Prince Alfred and was done efficiently and with care. Highly recommend.
