Negligent, careless and inconsiderate. I had an appointment booked with Dr Kaffes. The text confirmation simply stated Prince of Wales hospital. I spent 10 mins walking through the hospital to find him. Upon arriving I was told he had already left! There was no phone call or notification from his team. I’m fairly certain I passed him as I walked into the reception and he made no effort at all to return even though a phone call was placed to him. He showed a complete lack of care. A real kind caring and decent specialist so down to earth. Felt very secure in his hands. My procedure was done at Royal Prince Alfred and was done efficiently and with care. Highly recommend.
Explainations pre and post procedures clearly and in layman’s terms. Found my rectal cancer very early stage. Very personable answers all questions clearly.
