The administration team at the office of Dr Kaffas at the RPAH Medical Centre is so disappointing. I called 10 times over the last week and could not get through. Left numerous messages with no response and sent a few email enquiries asking them to call to no avail. I was specifically recommended to Dr Kaffas but unfortunately the admin/reception team clearly are incompetent. I have called and booked elsewhere today with one phone call - but wasted a week of my time trying to get through.
Prior to my first visit, I took the opportunity to peruse some of the reviews posted by other patients. I am pleased to say that, generally speaking, I can certainly confirm the majority of comments and happily add my own endorsement.
