UPDATE: I tried calling two more times and the last time hit 3 for billing actually got to speak to someone, but she claimed they do not make appointments in office that the referral coordinator will contact me, I asked about how long it will take since my referral was sent over 2 weeks ago. She said about that long. 2-3 weeks . Amazing Doctor, he explains everything and he changed my medication’s and i feel better, now staff needs to be better I’ve called multiple time for appointments or medication and they don’t answer or they take time to call back only complaint I have.
He is very nice
A fantastic experience every time I’m seen by Dr. G! He’s incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, even though my diagnosis is extremely rare. He always takes the time to make sure he’s explained everything thoroughly and I’ve never had an issue with any of his staff. Would absolutely recommend this practice!
This office i have to say not professional at all had so many issues also when I requested to the doctor Guerrero to not force insulin to me he ends up forcing insulin no other options? He also made a statement that with my sugars I would be dead if I was to have covid what kind of a SPECIALIST would even say that ?
