The office staff is a total nightmare to deal with. Completely clueless. If you want your paperwork screwed up to the point where you are on the phone with your insurance company trying to untangle the mess made by this utterly incompetent office, be my guest. If it can get screwed up, this office will screw it up! Even the most simple tasks are beyond their abilities. You will wind up doing their job. Stay as far away from this madness as possible.
