Unprofessional. Physically disabled patient with UTI. Dr. H. says a catheter needed, they don't do them there, refers us to ER. Refused to listen to caregivers on symptoms, never spoke directly to patient, 2x told us of his personal catheter experience. We've found they do use catheters there, he didn't want to do it. Cost us a full day and delay in treatment.
Calm and competent.
It’s so good to be seen by a doctor that reminds me of good old family physicians who genuinely cares and loves patients!
I am crazy about Dr. Haffner and always request him if I am coming in on a weekend. His manner and advice are always wonderful. It's always a great experience to be treated by him.
