I love Dr. Arthur. He is an extremely intelligent man that cares a lot about you and listens very carefully. Ive asked him to lay out his reasoning steps on certain conclusions he’s had, and I’ve always been surprised to hear sound and nuanced reasoning. Not many people like that exist nowadays. Have a conversation, ask questions, and you will see he is very diligent and careful doctor. 5/5! P.s. Dr Arthur was very rude on me and my interpreter, I am deaf. Last June I had an appt for lump on my neck back and my sinus, I found out about cat scan and my sinus was blocked, they suggested for surgery, but he refused, it was hard for me to breathing, I keeping wheezing for the rest of life! I was hard for sleep all days! He is having anger issues! My interpreter don’t like his behaviour. And his secretary Maryanne was very rude! GET RETIRE!!!!

Worst family doctor I've ever had. He's indirectly accused me of being a liar twice now. He's proven himself untrustworthy as well. I lost my license from a stress induced psychosis end of 2023. MTO required I do a drug test for my license. I smoked marijuana at the time. I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to do that. I failed the test. Dr. Arthur asked me how often I smoked pot. I said once every 3 or 4 days. He put me down as the most severe case of drug attic and sent that to the MTO making me lose my license for 6 months ... read more
This office has the complete lack of professionalism to take my information and lead me to believe I was on the patient list from November 2024 to March 2025 when I went to book an urgent appointment and was told that the secretary never properly added me to the roster and that the wife of the doctor rejected me from the list. As someone with idiopathic infantile scoliosis and a rare spinal syrinx I find their lack of professionalism to be astounding. Do not trust this office with anything. They are not worth the stress.
