If i could leave negative stars, i would. Dr. Strauss and his equally awful PA Jeri Reid left me alone and struggling to breath for OVER AN HOUR after being admitted to the ER with a visibly broken collarbone and ribs without taking any xrays or providing any pain relief. After 4 hours in the ER, i was told that i had a broken collarbone (because the broken bones tenting under my skin weren’t indication enough for them apparently), but that they “didn’t see anything going on with my ribs” - despite my incredible pain and str... read more
