When trying to figure out why I was billed for lab work covered under my insurence (after going back and forth with my insurence and lab) i was told of a solution that he refused to correct an error in the code submittal and was told "watch yourself" and immediately hung up and wouldn't pick up my calls afterward. I dealt with my insurence and was corrected by my insurence. There is no need for rudeness when a patient is asking for assistance.

Dr. Heinrich came highly recommended by my mother, who has been going to him for a very long time. Sometimes it's terrifying going to the doctors, especially when you are over due for a visit but this was by far the best medical experience I ever had. He was thorough and took his time both listening and explaining. I felt comfortable, cared for and confident that I was in good hands and my health concerns were being taken care of by someone with so much medical knowledge and experience.

I’ve been hoping to get a doctor like this for a long time! He listened to all my concerns and offered solutions immediately. For example, he offered to do a blood test in his office. Even concerns that I had that I didn’t take so serious, he still pushed to take care of. I feel that most doctors get burdened by multiple concerns and doing additional work but not this doctor!
