I love the doctors and staff here. My daughter sees Dr. Rhea and she is great. Overall they care about the patient and have lots of patience. The front desk is very knowledgeable and the customer service is superb.
So I went in and asked for my pupillary distance so I can order glasses online. I was told they can’t disclose that information because they will be “liable” if that information is wrong. If they can put their hat on my prescriptions, I’m pretty sure they can use a caliper and tell me the distance between my pupils. Ridiculous! Never come back. Oh wait, and the recommendation is go to YouTube and learn how to do it myself. I kid you not. Don’t go to this place, find an actual optometrist that’s not Lenscrafter’s puppet.
The doctor is excellent, good care, a lot of experience, and accurate diagnoses. El doctor es excelente, buena atención, mucha experiencia, y diagnósticos acertados.
