I went in as a new patient for my annual wellness exam. The receptionist asked me to get there early to complete my paperwork but I arrived 4 mins late. Office waiting area is pretty standard, nothing to write home about. I did have to wait 30 mins before seeing the doctor, it was worth it. Dr. Rivera was very thorough during the examination.
