This Dr. literally told me I could not got back to work for three weeks after major surgery after my staples where removed, I asked to have some sort of paper stating that obviously for disability purposes, he asked me to bring my discharge papers from the hospital which I did, when I called back for an update on the note so I can send it to disability he stated he could not give me that because he wasn’t the surgeon, I explained that he was the one that stated I couldn’t work ? Horrible staff I’ve called 30 times in the past two days left 5 voicemails.No call backs and phone always goes to voicemail during business hours. They picked up once put me on hold hung up and never called me back
Horrible Staff! They are harder to get a hold of then the President of the United States. The staff can't refill a basic Inhaler and ibprofen. It's been a month today and several attempts to call them and no refill and this has been regular behavior from them for years. I even got a hold of a staff member yesterday that said she would call but never did, now I have to go to Urgent care AGAIN because I have run out of my medication. Absolutely do not care about their job. I called 30 times and every time they have hanged up on me. MA’s not checking patients vitals right. And MA’s having attitude for no reason whatsoever. Tell the doctor and he doesn’t care. Refuse to properly treat patients. Please do not go here!!! They do not care whatsoever.
