She doesn't listen to you, don't care about mental illness. How can you be a doctors office when you never answer the phone.
I had a terrible experience with the receptionist here. She was rude and condescending over the phone and even worse in person. She asked invasive and irrelevant questions, like what would happen if my boyfriend and I broke up when I mentioned adding him to the application. It felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
