Phone is never answered, when I have to call I have to plan a morning where I can sit there and spam call the office
The abusive tones from the secretary I cannot tolerate any further. Talking down to me as if I have no brain and does not allow you to speak 3 words without cutting you off.Get a new job if you hate what you do PLEASE. It is not fair, not professional to speak " through" patients. My family has witnessed the neglect of this clinic for far too long and genuinely are concerned for my well-being at this point.
