I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Arora’s clinic today. I had been calling the clinic since the morning, but no one answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Based on Google hours showing the doctor was available until 3:30 pm, I went to the clinic around 2:30 pm. When I asked the front desk staff if Dr. Arora was available, the lady at reception was extremely rude and dismissive. The lady at the front counter is extremely rude and condescending. I will be looking for a new dr unfortunately based off of her personal public people skills. She needs to learn empathy.
