have been traumatized over the past years going to this clinic. Dr Aurora & Dr. Vahat don’t seem to care about their patients. We are hearded in & out, don’t dare ask a question. After a comment from Dr. Aurora, “your eyes are a mess”, said without an ounce of compassion. I decided to look else were. Worst family doc. Unprofessional, worst admin staff. And she is on vacation more then she work. If she work. I wish I can give -100 star
I called twice and left two voicemails before receiving a call back. When I finally spoke with the receptionist, she came across as dismissive and uninterested in hearing my concerns. Instead of engaging in a respectful conversation, she focused on explaining office policies and was unwilling to listen or accept any constructive feedback. Used to go here for far too long. I thought I’d look up the reviews and clearly things haven’t changed. Absolutely horrendous. Like majority of doctors, she gets you out as fast as you get in & doesn’t care to listen. Awfulllll. The fact I even have to give 1 star is horrible.
