I actually enjoy being able to have my treatment preformed here. The Dr's Aurora & Vahdat are phenomenal. The ladies at the desk are exceptional. Even though this hurts so much, I love visiting this team
This office is run like a well-oiled machine. I can understand how some people get to feeling like another cog in that machine here. But! The main lady doing the appointment juggling is always patient and I've only had good interactions with her. I have a tendency to observe things and I've only seen and heard patient professionals moving through a large number of patients each day with efficiency and grace. I came in with my son, the place was very organized and the staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Arora was very friendly and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We will be returning
I would not recommend this eye clinic. I accompanied my aunt to her eye appointment, which was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and she was not seen until 12:15 p.m. Waiting over an hour past the scheduled appointment time is frustrating, especially for an elderly patient.
