Я не его друг как кто-то написал в отзывах. Я настоящая пациентка. Как только зашла в его офис и кашляла и врач по кашлю сказал что у меня аллергия на пыль. Он был прав. Потому что этот диагноз мне ставили врачи в моей стране откуда я приехала. Внимательный и грамотный врач. Который по кашлю определяет диагноз точно. Спасибо ему. Все сотрудники меня отлично обслужили. Все было на высшем уровне. 💖

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had with a doctor. He is disrespectful and easily agitated if you're not satisfied with his care. He gives little to no attention to patients, always seeming too busy to listen. The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming and unprofessional, making it clear that patient care is not a priority. I visited Doctor’s Rubin office a few times, and every time it was pleasant experience. Doctor is very knowledgeable not only as pulmonologist, but as immunologist and allergy specialist as well. He pays attention for every concern, he recommends right tests for getting a good diagnostics. Thank you so much, Doctor, for your attention and patiently listening to me. I very appreciate for your professionalism and pleasure manners. I also liked your polite office staff. I highly recommend Doctor’s Rubin office.
