Save yourself the headache and avoid anything to do with this doctor. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Herskovik and the day of the appointment his office called to cancel and reschedule. Ok. Two weeks later I called to confirm the appointment. Everything was good to go I was told. I left work early to make the appointment on time. Get there and the doors were locked. Called the office. The most inept, horrendous, horrible medical facility you will ever come across. Do not go to them if you have serious issues or concerns. Their billing department (aka Gene) is fraudulent and they illegally/unethically bill your insurance without proper documentation. A phone call without notice is considered an appointment. It could be a 1 minute call out of the blue that was not scheduled. They make inaccurate claims and threaten to send you to collections if you contest a single bill or word they say.
