Very unprofessional. More than a weak my payment authorization has been validated, yet they claim they are simply behind (staffing). When asked again about confirming authorization sent direct (again) from the VA, the receptionist shuffled my back into the call queue, then when coming back claimed they had no record of me seeking services, despite multiple in person and phone contacts.
