Dr. Shapiro needs to retire. I honestly felt like I was in an SNL skit. Office is dirty, equipment/methods horribly outdated .... examples: stuffed kleenex between my glasses and eyes - rather than using a patch - to test each eye reading the chart; put the mechanism with lenses on my face so tight, it hurt my nose and left it red for hours.
