Dr. Arnold Katz treated me for years for Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have never met a doctor so kind and caring and truly dedicated to his work. No waiting to see him for weeks, because he would always squeeze you in that day. I was blessed to be a long term patient of his.
Absolutely terrible service!! Seen this so called doctor twice. He had me take full body x-rays. Received a letter from his office stating they we nolonger participating in my insurance network as of 11/1. When trying to get results from x-rays and a diagnosis I get nothing from his office people - the kind of people that talk over you when you are trying to get result. They are quick to take your money but dont seem to care about service. Terrible doctor and terrible team.
I am a former patient of Dr. Katz from 2019 to 2022. When it comes to Fibromyalgia Dr. Katz did everything that he could for me. He was always compassionate and would explain everything in a way that I could understand. He had tried every medication and did every test that he could for me back then. In 2024 there are no additional treatments for my pain.
