I am from California and was visiting family in Reno, and passing through on a 3 week vacation, my wire was poking into my cheek and unfortunately my regular orthodontist failed to fix , I called Dr Pitts at minimum to get some orthodontic wax , when the wonderful superb friendly lady at the front desk suggest I get the wire taken care. Dr Pitts was so friendly and caring and immediately fixed the issue. Now I get to enjoy a much needed vacation . Thank you so much. Wonderful people do exist !!! Lucky me. Goni Naidoo-Dummar
