I’ve been a patient at this OB/GYN office for many years, and unfortunately I’ve finally reached the point where I can no longer justify staying. The first issue has always been billing. An annual well-woman exam is supposed to be covered by insurance, but on more than one occasion, if I asked a question about my health during my annual visit, it was reclassified as a problem-focused visit and I was charged a copay. Mary really saved me!! My primary care doctor referred me to this office and on my insurance website, they appear like they are in network but Mary cautioned that I should double check and told me exactly who to call and which intonation I would need. It turns out that this office is not in network and she saved me from a really scary and bad time.
The best doctor I’ve ever seen! My son is now 4 y.o but I still remember the day he was born and the support from my doctor. She was always caring about me and my baby
