I must say when the my previous physician left, after my husband and I see him for over 20 years, I was very upset. TI stayed with the practice, as my husband had passed and it was difficult to get in to office. Previous Dr. knew that. I then saw whoever was available. Big mistake! Great doctor horrible office. Front desk/reception are rude. It’s impossible to get an appointment if you’re actually sick. I was told I can’t come into office with my symptoms but they could schedule a televisit. When I asked how the dr can check my throat and listen to my lungs during a televisit I was told, well they can’t. I asked to leave a message for my drs nurse and again was given grief and hung up on after I asked that they just leave my message and not give me their opinion on what they think.
