Received the initial telehealth consultation as arranged, right on time. Dr. Eskandari was very pleasant and professional. Took the time to collect history and current information. Office staff was also very pleasant and professional. Procedure to be scheduled by office staff in the future. Grateful to have the option to be seen by this doctor, as I have heard he was an excellent doctor and in network with my insurance.
Referred here by PCP, made apt for initial visit to be by phone because thats all they offered for initial. His staff called me to confirm, MA called me before appt for questions. Time of appointment came and no call. I then get a call from MA stating Dr. could not reach me and that my number had issues….LIE, after waiting a few weeks for phone appt he did not call and then blamed my number by stating it was not working….all of his staff members that called me got through fine….never got a call back to re schedule.
