During an emergency telehealth appointment, my partner was effectively refused care by a man who believed himself an all-knowing messiah and all his patients were disgusting sinners. The appointment shouldn't have lasted 10 minutes. All that was required was a referral , prescription refill, and a rescue inhaler.
