The staff are so rude every time I call they never answer and if they answer always with rudeness!
Very rude front desk assistant nurses, never answer the phone and when they do they put you on a forever hold never getting back at you also never return voicemails. As a primary care Doctor he will not speak with you over the phone. Only sees patients as another number and on to the next one quickly. Will prescribe you drugs to solve the problem. Worst Customer Service, Front desk and nurses are terrible with customer service and follow up appointments, very rude attitude no “Spanish speaker”. The doctor don’t really pay attention to your needs. Asked for a couple of referrals and he responded if I wanted one or other when it was for two different things, never put the authorization for what I asked for.
Idk if its him, or he's not watching his office staff. all paper referrals and prescriptions, fine. But theres no communication with anyone i was referred to, for serious conditions. Could never use any of his referrals because they were paper and faxes or calls are wanted. Called his office to say this, still nothing. Had to find a new doctor so I don't freaking die.
My husband and I switch to this doctor because it was close to our house, During one of my husband visits, while I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Dr Armando Gonzales asking me the name of the medication he prescribed to my husband, I told him “how should I know, you’re the one that prescribed it” I immediately told my husband that I didn’t like that and I went back to my previous doctor, my husband went one more time and he was prescribed “blood pressure medication” ( for one month) he ran out of the medication... read more
