The receptionist Denise has been very rude to my mother. She will argue with her about why she doesn't know what medications to order when she calls and claims that they do not have a record in the system. She is very unprofessional to try to argue with a customer to try to prove them wrong. It's hard for my mother to go in every time knowing that she will always be given a hard time by Denise.
If you want a doctor who only cares about getting health insurance discounts, this is the one for you! I was advised to take double dosage of a dangerous medication because Dr. Sanchez refused to order a CT scan or MRI. Why? Because the less expensive tests and medications they prescribe, the more the insurance companies pay them in bonuses. I know because I worked at several. Dr. Sanchez once was a kind, diligent medical professional who sadly sold out for money. I would Not trust his care, as the patient's best interest is... read more

I've been a patient here for most of my life, and I've seen them for a number of health issues, including chronic migraines. They have always worked hard to try to help me, and they understand migraines well.
