They don’t text you about an upcoming appointment so they can charge you a $40 no show fee. The billing department is the same way. I paid the $40 and received confirmation from an employee that the payment was received. I keep receiving bills saying I owe $40 and if I don’t pay they will send it to collections. I was a patient of Dr DeSantis for nearly 20 years. Over time his bedside manner became very bad. Many times I would wait in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Then when I finally got in he was very dismissive and barely looks at you. His answer was always to watch my weight and send me for blood work. When I changed doctors, it was discovered on the very first visit that I had a thyroid disease among other things. Been seeing Dr Desanctis for several years. He's an excellent doctor. I'm 67 years old and he's the best I've had. The office staff is friendly and attentive to my needs.
