This office doesn’t ever answer the phone and when they do Esperanza the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I have already called my insurance to make the switch to another provider.
I unfortunately didn't even make it into an appointment because when I called to make one the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. While I have a pretty urgent medical need, I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed to be a patient here. After my really unfortunate phone experience I called my insurance to immediately switch PCPs and I would recommend either Dr. Ossia get a better staff or other patients will do exactly what I did.

Dr. Ossia is not only a great doctor with loads of experience but he also does not beat around the bush. he is very honest and genuinely cares for the lives of his patients. I would recommend him to my friends and family if they are looking for a doctor with real experience and knowledge. All of these bad reviews are due to previous staff members that no longer work there i just feel as though its unfair to base your opinion off of staff.
My wife and I have had Dr. Ossia as our primary care doctor for over 10 years. He is very passionate about his patients and extremely honest. The key word to describe him and his staff is "THEY CARE". When you find a Doctor with true INTERGRITY, their is nothing left to say. I highly recommend him as he will always put YOU FIRST!! It's a blessing to find people like this in the world today!
The reseptionist is very rude. She hung up the phone in me 5 times. And when I told the doctor, he didn't care at all. And this doctor does not have any clue about his profession. For the health of you self chose another doctor. With a real professional staff
