Went for an initial consult. Felt very comfortable with Dr. Demianczuk. He explained everything very clearly and was very patient with my 8700 questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Demianczuk and his entire team. From start to finish, the process was absolutely seamless. The front staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the plastic surgeon was less positive. I found him a bit abrupt, and while he mentioned he would call to explain the estimate for the minor surgery, I instead received an email with no follow up, The quote was much higher than I expected, which left me disappointed. I think clearer communication would have made a big difference.
Dr. Demianczuk and his team were incredibly professional and were kind and informative with the procedure. Any time I had questions or I was unsure of something, the team helped to clarify any questions or concerns I had. I felt cared for. I felt listened to and the after care check ups were very much appreciated. Thank you, team. I have zero regrets.
