Doesn't explain things , just says get chest xray, come back in 2/3 mos. Need to update system and redo waiting room.
I got referred by my Dr office, when i got to my appointment the staff tells me i need authorization from my Dr. What unprofessional company. I deal with dr's all week ive had 9 operations i have atleast 3 appointments a week. This place hands down was a disaster. You think they would've reached out to my primary.. normally a referral from your primary gets you in. Another dr playing insurance scams.
The office is very efficient. Dr. Aneja listens to my concerns and does not force me to stop my inhaler when I felt very uncomfortable with it and had a few backward steps without it. After several years, I have changed my mind. Office is outdated and they will refer you to someone who is not in your network, causing me a lot of out of pocket. I’m a little upset with office, not Dr. Aneja.
Dr Aneja is soft spoken and kind. I've seen him 3 times and visits have always run smoothly. Unlike some other doctors, who frequently order tests, he only orders tests when necessary.
