My child was going to be evaluated for a learning disability and other issues he was going through. I was puzzled to see Dr. Bansal doing a telehealth appointment where he saw my child for 5 min on camera in order to diagnose him (this was post Covid). Rest of the time was spent asking questions without sharing his thought process. The follow up resources was a farce.
