Very irresponsible on handling appointments. I was suffering from a toothache over the night and made an appointment with her for the morning on zocdoc for 10 a.m. once i got there, the front desk girl couldn’t find my appointment. Then she asked me if i made the appointment on zocdoc. I went in to have a crown placed, but it cracked during the procedure, which meant the entire process had to be restarted.
