In my two decades navigating the BC healthcare system, I have never seen a medical practitioner as dysfunctional and careless as Dr. Arif Janjua and his office. Can’t reach them at all. The recording takes you on circle jerk of press “this” and “that” number only to disconnect. No voice message options and when you select “office hours” options, it tells you about parking. I’ve tried and tried to call. No success. Shitty way to run a medial office. Shameful.
You want a doctor who: - doesn't ask for patient history? - cuts you off when you want to explain patient history? - never answers their office phone? - prescribes the same medication that must be taken with the nasal rinse your allergist recommended already -- which made it worse AND didn't ask why that might happen or anything?
