Extremely rude staff! Staff never answers the phone and will not call you back. Most of the time you get a busy signal or a recording. I've had morning appointments and Dr. Habib showed up to the office 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, staff said he was running late because he had a headache. I have also gone to evening appointments and the Doctor decided he was done working for the day and went home. No call from staff to reschedule, you find out when you arrive at the office. Incompetent egotistical lack of concern for patients and their families
These wonderful people are awesome and yes he is not good on punctuality but one have to understand' he has two other offices, plus one in granite and dctr for Kettler
The most insensitive man I have ever met in my life. They always overbook and there's never anywhere to sit in the office. Almost every time I end up sitting on the floor in the hallway for 1-2 hours. The doctor himself is not sensitive to his patients needs at all. He doesn't listen if you think you have a problem. He also makes you feel like an idiot by the way he talks to you and borderline mocks you. this is a dangerous doctor. i do not recommend this psychiatrist to anyone. dr. habib almost ruined my life do to unskilled care. this doctor was schooled in india and lacks the professionalism and ability to treat individuals with complicated/severe mental illness. upon his recommendation, i ended up in a dangerous psych ward with criminals & dangerous patients. my problems revolve around depression and anxiety and he took away my anxiety medication without tapering the dose and held me hostage in this crazy hospital for 19... read more
