I would love to say 5/5. The doctor and staff were good in person it felt like a professional family it was a pleasure being in office. Dr.Ariel Warden Jarrett was the best doctor I have ever encountered and knowledge and spirit was truly a delight. Even her med students were knowledgeable and nice. However, I had a experience with whoever was answering the phone may have been having a bad day but respect goes a long way and also someone mistakenly did not write down my insurance and I receive a bill. Very disappointing 5 years. A problem from day 1 with time management but endured because of wanting to support a black Dr. Never ever seen at appointment time. Continuously 30 - 40 minute wait! PRE PANDEMIC! Endured because i'm healthy and its once a year but oh how things change when you need help because of issues and then you'll see the non care, the excuses the just overall dismissal of pleas for help only to be told there are limited options or other excuses.
