Arica has been my Audiologist for years now. Having hearing loss issues at age 40 was definitely a shock and stressor but Dr. Black and her staff are so knowledgeable and compassionate which meant so much and eased the process of acceptance for me. Always very professional and staff is very friendly. I have tinnitus very bad and Dr. Black works with me, to help me reduce the notice of it by doing different adjustments in my hearing aids.
Dr. Kendall Morales was very professional, open to discussion, and accomodating of a special request that I had. She was also very quick to find a solution to my problem and solved it way faster than I would have imagined.
We really love the Hearing Doctor! Dr. Black is dedicated, committed,, and caring in helping her patients. She’s also extremely patient.
