Dr. Bensusan does a wonderful job of making sure her patients are comfortable with their treatment; she has an open minded attitude and values the opinion of her patients needs and concerns. She is a "tell it like it is" kind of person -- a real "straight shooter"; however, her delivery is sincere and genuine. Love her!!!!
She could be really nice at times, then there were days, where I guess she was having a bad day? It carried over into how she interacted with her patients. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but when you are in a position where you deal with the public, especially people who are feeling poorly, you put your personal issues aside. And if what is going on in your life is so bad you can't separate the two, then maybe you should take the day off!!
