Dr Arens and all staff working within the clinic are professional, kind, helpful, courteous, communicate all information in an easy to understand and patient way. While I understand medical terminology, I often get things muddled up and have to relay back and need instructions repeated. After giving the wrong information to my son re an appt I made for him. When my son rang to confirm the time on the day with the rooms he was advised by the receptionist ‘it was the day before’ he asked if he could reschedule?
