I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr Archie Lamb almost 4 months ago and I've updated my review rating from 1start (posted at 3 months) to 3 stars now as my results have improved and overall my eyes look better than pre-surgery. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr Archie Lamb three months ago and I wouldn’t recommend him. At the initial consultation he failed to recognise and recommend an endoscopic brow lift - despite my wife specifically asking whether it would help. He assured us the blepharoplasty alone would be enough. The surgery itself only took 60 minutes - roughly 15 minutes per lid - not enough time for a good cosmetic result regardless of the surgeon’s skill. The result has been very disappointing. I had Blapheroplasty by Dr Lamb in October 25. I reacted badly to the stitches which is probably uncommon. After a week I rang the surgery to see if they could remove the stitches earlier than 14 days as my eyes were extremely red and the area where some of the stitches were, was lumpy, swollen, and actually looked like it was going backwards in recovery. Dr Lamb and his team are amazing. Dr Lamb is extremely caring, warm and really great at what he does. My procedure was taking longer than anticipated to recover from and Dr Lamb kept in touch with me daily via text and he had no hesitation in seeing me without an appointment to assess the recovery. Thanks for such great results and a really positive experience. Highly recommend!
