Dr. Melcher's staff has always been very nice when I have an appointment. Dr. Melcher spends alot of time with me and I never feel rushed when I see him. He is very thorough in his examination. The only complaint I have is how long it takes to get an appointment with him. However, I would rather wait to see him then see another dr.
When I arrived for the appt, I was told that they tried to call me to advise I could not see the doctor I had been scheduled with because I was previously seen by the other physician in the practice. I did not receive a call from them, took off from work and after I became upset and asked to sign something allowing for the transfer of my records once I found another physician, they offered to have me see my "physician of record".
