I am writing to express my concerns regarding the handling of my recent appointment requests. After experiencing a minor eye injury, I initially reached out to this office for an appointment, but I was informed in a rather unfriendly tone that no appointment could be scheduled. Very Professional, intelligent and caring doctor
Dr. Gupta is highly professional and courteous physician. I highly recommend her and her staff.
Dr. Gupta and her staff are amazing. I just completed my first of two cataract surgeries and could not be happier. Dr. Gupta was patient and honest with me through the process as I wanted a specific lens. She guided me through the treatments to prepare my eyes to become better candidates and optimize success. I could not be happier!
I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where the doctor doesn’t talk to you after examining you. She examined me and said I need surgery and rushed me out. Didn’t even speak to me in the exam room, told me I need surgery in the hallway as she led me to the check out area and said her staff will explain anything. Refused to answer any of my questions and blew me off by saying again that the staff will explain. What the staff explained were pricing options for the surgery!
