I have been a patient here fort at least 5-6 years. They are never remotley on time and never apologize, never even acknowledge this. You sit for hours. Today I was taken back 20 minutes late, sat for an hour after that and never saw the doctor. I left. Looking for another Opthamologist in the Boca Raton area. This is not professional at all.
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the handling of my recent appointment requests. After experiencing a minor eye injury, I initially reached out to this office for an appointment, but I was informed in a rather unfriendly tone that no appointment could be scheduled.
