Worst exeperince - i was in and in less than ten minutes - told me nothing was wrong - after being told by GP that I did have a condition no empathy with px - admin staff are terrible there was even medical history forms to fill in which seems strange because every Dr or Specalist that i have been to there is always forms to fill in. Would not recommend at all.
Dr. Bakal is truly one of the best. From the moment I met her, I felt completely safe and supported. She guided me through every step of my pregnancy journeys with care, compassion, and professionalism. I was fortunate to have her by my side for the births of all three of my babies, and her presence made all the difference. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and reassuring doctor.
Change your staff! Talked to one of your receptionist on the 25th of March to booked an appointment for 1st April. I confirmed over and over again during the phone call if it’s 1st April as I’m leaving overseas a week after so I need to arrange my schedules also they won’t send any booking confirmation on the day that you booked, so I was just being sure. Please you need to train your staff called Angie how rude they are on the call, we were calling to book my wife appt as some one said u are best, ur staff is like dont think this don't think that to staff what I need to think is my wish I asked for appt nothing more and why so rude ? because I said I am visa ? learn manners you are there to support not to make life hard , either u are in wrong profession if u are not people person as receptionist Angie learn manners
