Terrible office staff. I waited months for my appointment, arranged childcare, drove all the way down there, and paid for parking. When I got there they made up some story about trying to call me but my phone being out of service. Meanwhile, I was able to show the receptionist a voicemail that they left me that week calling to remind me of my appointment so they clearly had my number. I hope you have the patience to call all day long and had the phone that answer and then when you get through after 34 hours they like to give you a hard time not helping time
Promise to help me and find an EEG doctor took my insurance and didn’t return my call for four weeks so I called him and he said oops
Doctor was medium. Always busy and didn't care a great deal, he was always doing luncheons and weird speeches and ceremonies, but didn't spend much time with me, his patient. He gets 3 starts for being decent. I've been to over a hundred doctor's offices, and his staff was in the bottom 10 of any staff I've ever been to. Doctor=meh. STAFF= from hell. I haven't been since 2015 so do your own research too, could have improved.
