The call was answered by a receptionist who greeted me with “Hello, who’s this?” in a very casual and unprofessional tone, which felt more like a personal call than a medical practice. Called and asked to come in and was told no problem then made to wait over 30 minutes to be told by doctor they don’t take new patients and leave.
