Great services from the receptionists, nurses and dentist from Bupa Dentist Penrith. Everyone is polite and professional. Had my wisdom tooth x2 extracted recently and Dr Teena was very patient, kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. Very experienced in what she does, I had both my teeth removed with no problems. Thanks for making it looked so easy!
Very happy with this practice, friendly and helpful staff. Dentist visit was not a painful experience at all. My treatment did not cost me on the cleaning as I am a Bupa member. I get free cleans a year
This is my first time having more work done at Bupa Martin Place, usually I am there for cleaning. I am disappointed with their work on a crown (preparation- I have not got my crown yet). I am unhappy because the cap they put on my molar that they grind down came off. I was charged to have it put back on. After the dentist put on a new cap, it came off less than one minute after it went on. Then they have the audacity to charge me for it. Dr. Sanjet Suresh was amazing during my daughter's dental appointment- very professional, calm, and efficient. He explained the procedure clearly, which helped us feel at ease. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. The dental assistant was also very kind and accommodating. I am so happy with the care we received. Highly recommend Dr. Suresh for excellent service and also the dental assistant.
Our experience with Dr. Maedeh Ramezanidaryasari was deeply distressing and traumatic. My daughter endured significant physical discomfort and pain, and we both faced emotional and psychological stress during her care. We found the service lacking in empathy and accommodation. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient care.
Variations by dentist, 2 stars to 5 stars. In 2024, young bossy arrogant female pushing treatments , forced X-rays, pushing periodontal and to get max health insurance benefit before year end. Proceeded to give quote and make appt not requested for treatment (I cancelled). Today March 2025 was a very different experience by a competent dentist and clear and concise comms on treatment options. Totally differ experience with dr Sandra Foster - 5 stars
I cannot recommend Dr Mena Yassa highly enough for the work he has done for me recently at Bupa Dental at Blacktown. I had previously been to a different clinic with the problem of a broken tooth and I was told it was too difficult procedure and would require a specialist to remove the tooth. I subsequently went to Bupa Blacktown and one of Dr Yassa colleagues referred me to him. I recently visited Bupa dental Erina due to a severe toothache. My experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was subjected to a full set of x-rays and a brief consultation with the head dentist, who advised that I needed either a root canal or an extraction. It took me a while to clarify that the tooth she was referring to was not the one causing the pain. She then suggested that both teeth might need removal but did not conduct any further exploration. Disaster! Why I went here I do not know! Only tried it because I Joined BUPA Insurance Firstly the actual clean up was very painful, the place, in my opinion, was grubby and the equipment, when it wasn't dropped on the floor wasn't great, even the "safety glasses" were very poor quality, flimsy plastic. Next after being butchered, the X-ray machine wasn't working, but I got charged for it.
