I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Dr. Milani’s doctor’s office. I contacted them for assistance with transferring care from one primary care provider to another out of state for a long term care patient, a routine and reasonable request and was met with refusal, misinformation, and an arrogant attitude. HORRIBLE doctor's office!!! Tried to make an appt all day. Called numerous times, left multiple voicemails, emails etc. Zero response. Apts are always booked up 3+ months minimum. DON'T waste your time. Better off going to a smaller office. Where theyre not too big or busy for their own good.

They don’t call back .ever since Dr Milani had grown his businesses it seems that there has not been very good communication for his patients. Sad to say I have been with him a long time having trust and faith in him. But recently within the beginning of 2025 his company has no communication toward the patiences .not available for them even though they do have nice PA’s It’s not the same when he first began up here in the High Desert.
