such great doctor he was, 100% recommend him!
I’ve been going here for 8 years now and they have always taken care of me so well. They are very thorough and responsive and fast when it comes to results and acquiring hospital records on demand. The staff is awesome and friendly. They also now have in-house blood work, which means no lines at labcorp. I love all the doctors there. My primary is Eddie Gonzalez. office never calls back, impossible to get ahold of most days & office staff is rude & acts as if you are bothering them when you need them to do something.
Cane to pick up paperwork at 3:54 Before 4:00pm the doors were already locked and the person at the desk would not answer the phone or the door. Online it says they close at 5pm so I thought I was early. This is after I called them this morning to check on the paperwork I submitted on Feb 3rd that no one called and told me it was ready. I do like the Doctor and Nurse Practitioners however their staff needs to be more efficient.
For whatever reason, Melani's front office NEVER answer there phones--morning or afternoon! He's not my Dr.--thank God--but I regret choosing his office for my nephew. It pays to read reviews beforehand.
