Wao when Christina pallet was at the office it was excellent office and now that she left the office is going bad service it look they don’t care for they patient because I support to see doctor Susan and is twice she has not see me it look that she don’t care for her Christina patients and I very upset with the office of dock April
Had the worst experience with Guillermo Lorenzo, PA don’t recommend anyone making an appointment with him not even if you’re desperate to get in won’t even give you five minutes of his time doesn’t treat the patient as a whole. But I will give a shout out to Dr. April Smith Gonzalez. It did seem that she actually wants to help the patients and actually talks to the patient was able to get multiple of my concerns addressed. It is not about the physician directly it is about the physician not managing her office staff. I already left a review on the other website stating how I called multiple times and could not get someone to schedule my appointment they literally would either hang up or tell me to call later or say they don't know how to do it. I finally after got someone to schedule me, over a month in advance.
