She was very pleasant in the office, however I found that she was quick to default to testing which proved her lack of knowledge of my condition. She showed sympathy in the office yet failed on all promises of follow up and help to find answers. She ordered testing which had she listened to my complaints, she would have known I would be unable to complete and other testing which was unnecessary.
