Dr Hain has shown compassion and patiently listens to you as a patient. She treats you as a person...discussing different treatment options WITH you...not just for you. So many providers seem to pile up appointments and, by default, are then rushed to deal with you as an individual. Dr Hain is the exception! I even sent my mom to her as her new PCP (that speaks volumes!!!)
Very good Dr., but her staff are not people persons. My wife and I are former patients...we were discharged by the practice due to a misunderstanding between one of the staff and my wife. Obviously the Dr. sided with her staff member without listening to our side of the situation. My wife is disabled and a cancer survivor...has numerous illnesses...some are diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver and PTSD, etc. We did not push the issue, we just went on with life.
